Biography

Gregory Goff has been the president of exploration and production of Conocophillips since August 16, 2004. Mr. Goff joined ConocoPhillips in 1981 and has held several positions in the supply and distribution, transportation, and trading businesses. In 1998, he became managing director and chief executive of Conoco JET Nordic, Conocophillips's Nordic marketing affiliate. Following the ConocoPhillips merger in 2002, he became president of international downstream. He is responsible for offshore operations in the deep-water Gulf of Mexico. These include the Ursa, Princess, Magnolia, and K2 field developments and Conocophillips's onshore U.S. Lower 48 efforts, which deliver gas from the San Juan, Panhandle, and South Texas areas, and oil and gas from the Permian Basin, North Louisiana/East Texas and the Upper Texas Gulf Coast areas. He serves as president of US Lower 48 Latin America & Midstream. Goff also handles Conocophillips's interests in Venezuela, including its heavy-oil projects - Petrozuata and Hamaca - and development opportunities offshore in the Gulf of Paria East and West Blocks and Plataforma Deltana Block 2.
