Dianne Wilkins is the CEO of Critical Mass, a digital marketing agency that creates extraordinary experiences on behalf of some of the world’s most admired brands. Starting at the agency in 1999, Dianne moved up the ranks at Critical Mass, growing the agency from 25 people into a growing global network of more than 700 people in 8 offices. She began CEO on January 1, 2006, and sets the strategic vision for the company and its global growth strategy, as well as acting as the executive sponsor for some of the agency’s longest client relationships, including Citi, AT&T and Nissan.
