Dan Greenhaus provides clients with frequent commentary on a host of market and economic related developments.

Dan Greenhaus is BTIG’s Chief Global Strategist. In this capacity, Dan is charged with evaluating both domestic and global macro trends as well as formulating top down investment strategies for clients. Using brief daily missives, a well read evening piece and longer thematic notes published weekly, Dan stays in front of clients in a number of ways on a number of different topics. Dan is an exclusive CNBC contributor, is often quoted in major national publications including the New York Times, Financial Times and Wall Street Journal and is a speaker at conferences around the country. Prior to joining BTIG, Dan worked at Miller Tabak in the Market Strategy Group, working directly the firm’s chief strategist at the time, Anthony Crescenzi. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Buffalo, a Masters Degree in Finance and Investments from Baruch College, is a member of both the National Association for Business Economics and the New York Society of Security Analysts and has completed two levels of the CFA examination.
