Since the mid-2000's, Paul has played an important role in driving engagement with social media by the Fortune 500. One of the first consultants to begin evangelizing for social media at conferences and internally at companies, Paul went on to develop analytics models that would be adopted across industries and execute some of the first social media campaigns done by large companies.

Paul joined WCG in 2009 in the newly formed position of Head of Social Media. As such, he played an important role in building WCG's digital and social media capability, culminating with WCG being named the Digital Agency of the Year in 2011 (Holmes Report). As part of this new service offering, Paul established and led a new kind of Analytics practice at WCG, which has grown to be one of the largest and most respected Analytics practices in the industry.

Today, Paul leads Media + Engagement for W2O Group, parent company to WCG, Twist Mktg, and W2O Ventures. In this and former roles, Paul has worked with a wide variety of Fortune 500 companies and billion dollar brands, including companies like Intel, Virgin, Verizon, Warner Bros, and Pfizer, and brands like Hershey's, Red Bull, Yoplait, and Coors Light. With these and other clients, Paul has driven organizational change and innovation across business functions including Marketing, Communications, Legal/Regulatory, Customer Support, and Research, among others. He has played a particularly important role in the development of social media within the pharmaceutical industry, including many large drug manufacturers, industry associations, advocacy groups, and government organizations.

Paul joined WCG from CarryOn Communication, a mid-size consumer public relations firm, where he served as Managing Director of Interactive. Prior to CarryOn, Paul was a top Sales performer for Marketwire, where he contributed to important product innovations and revenue growth during the company's significant expansion period.

In addition to being a thought leader and frequent speaker, Paul was named one of the "15 to Watch" in 2009 by industry publication, PRNews. A member of his team has earned the same acknowledgment every year since.

Paul graduated with Honors from Washington University in St. Louis and recently completed his Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the top-ranked McComb's Business School at the University of Texas. He and his wife, Elizabeth, reside in New York City.
