Dana Gers has spent virtually her entire career working in marketing communications for the luxury sector, specializing in modernizing established, classic brands and integrating a strong sense of creativity with an analytical and strategic approach. Her experience includes working for Guerlain, The Movado Group, Baccarat, Salvatore Ferragamo, and Jimmy Choo, where she is currently Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing and Global Communications.

At Jimmy Choo, Ms. Gers oversees brand development and management of the advertising, public relations, visual merchandising, direct mail, customer relationship management, and digital strategy. Since joining Jimmy Choo in 2011, she has established a hub-and-spoke communications structure, setting a clear brand vision from the global headquarters and building regional teams. She has overseen the brand’s evolution through a creative transition, succeeding in elevating the profile of Jimmy Choo editorially, creating greater media visibility, and building a more contemporary and relevant image.

Ms. Gers has served as a featured speaker at the Harvard Business School Retail and Luxury Goods Conference, the Forbes Magazine Luxury Conference and the Yale Center for Customer Insights School of Management Luxury Marketing Conference. She also is a contributor on the subject of marketing communications within the luxury goods industry on the CMO channel.

A graduate of Cornell University, Ms. Gers is married with two children and lives in London.
