Mr. Travis has extensive experience in a wide variety of international trade and customs matters for the apparel, textile, footwear, and retail industries. He has represented countries and private interests in the negotiations of free trade agreements and before the World Trade Organization (WTO), the World Customs Organization (WCO), the U.S. Congress and federal agencies, and before the revenue and customs services of many nations.

Mr. Travis is a graduate of Princeton University and Columbia University Law School, a member of the Washington, DC, Florida, New York, and New Jersey Bar Associations, and a licensed U.S. Customs Broker.
