In her early career, Ms. Ancketill worked for Amnesty International for seven years in research and policy writing before joining Global Design Resources (GDR) Creative Intelligence, which was originally established as a confidential design agency selection service. In 2000, she reoriented the company's work to include research on innovation in design, experiential marketing, technology, new media, packaging and service within the brand, retail and hospitality sectors, tapping into an extensive network of the world's most inspirational designers, architects, technologists, academics and strategists for source material.
In addition to publishing quarterly Global Innovation Reports and delivering quarterly presentations to clients at conferences worldwide, the company offers custom research and consults on mid-term (five-year) future scenarios.
