About this series

On vineyards and rooftop gardens, and in noisy coffee shops and labs-cum-kitchens, 2013 was an extraordinary year for gastronomy. While some ate nose-to-tail, others went vegan. FORA.tv celebrates the free-range, small-batch, farm-to-table foodies of 2013 in our Year In Ideas series Food: Winos, Vegans, and Meatheads.
