Devon Bryan is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer for the Federal Reserve System. As Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Devon oversees information security, including incident response, for the enterprise, ensuring information security architecture, standards, policies and programs remain effective and efficient. Devon was appointed System CISO in February 2016.
Devon came to the Federal Reserve from Fortune 500 payroll and human resources provider ADP, where he served as Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Devon led ADP’s information security strategy, collaborating across the company’s geographically dispersed business operations to ensure coordination, consensus, and effective execution across global operations. Prior to joining ADP in 2011, he served as the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) after directing the IRS’s FISMA-compliant information security program and leading the IRS’s incident response team.

Ross represents Symantec as a conference keynote speaker, State Senate expert witness providing testimonies along with CxO briefings around the country on security best practices. His expertise lies in enterprise security management, virtualization and cloud.

With more than twenty years of experience in the information technology and security markets, Julian is responsible for guiding the company’s growth in the burgeoning enterprise security market by providing SAIFE’s customers with the capability to have all of their mission critical data traverse the internet completely Dark. Julian most recently served as the president and CEO of PivotPoint Risk Analytics. Prior to PivotPoint, Julian was president and CEO of ThreatTrack Security. With a career spanning all levels of IT, Julian’s previous roles include CEO of Brabeion Software Corporation, maker of IT governance, risk, and compliance software, and Way2Market360 LLC., a startup accelerator and senior leadership positions at Archer Technologies, e-Security and BNX Systems. Julian is an alumnus of both Loyola University of New Orleans and Xavier University of New Orleans.
