Frank Rose is the best-selling author of The Art of Immersion, hailed by the International Journal of Advertising as "an essential overview" of the fundamental changes affecting media in the digital age. He is a leading thinker on the impact of technology on entertainment, advertising, and society—a theme he has explored as a speaker at conferences and film festivals worldwide as well as at companies like Google, Lucasfilm, Unilever, and the BBC.
Sarah Wood cofounded Unruly in 2006. Headquartered in London, with 12 offices worldwide, Unruly is the leading technology platform for social video advertising. Working with brands like Coca-Cola, Dove, T-Mobile, Old Spice, and Volkswagen, it has run many of the most memorable social ad campaigns in recent years and in 2012 was named “Best Content Distribution Service” at the industry Braves Awards. In addition to serving as chief operating officer at Unruly, Wood is on the advisory board of Social Media Week and is an associate lecturer at Cambridge University, where she teaches a course titled “Mash-Ups, Memes and LOLitics: Online Video Culture and the Screen Media Revolution.” She was named “Female Entrepreneur of the Year” at the UK’s Growing Business Awards and is one of Inc. magazine’s “Women to Watch in Tech.”
