Julia Goldin, Global Chief Marketing Officer of Revlon, shares how to ignite a successful and iconic brand through beauty, art, and science.
As Global Chief Marketing Officer at Revlon, Julia Goldin oversees all marketing activities and product innovation for the company’s portfolio of brands including Revlon color cosmetics, Almay color cosmetics, Revlon ColorSilk hair color, Revlon beauty tools, Mitchum antiperspirant/deodorant, Charlie body spray and fragrances, and Ultima and Gatineau skincare. Ms. Goldin joined Revlon in 2010, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry.
Prior to Revlon, Ms. Goldin spent 13 years at The Coca-Cola Company, where she held senior executive positions in the United States, Europe and Asia. Most recently, she served as Deputy Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Coca-Cola Japan, responsible for the company’s multi-billion-dollar coffee business. She oversaw the brand’s performance turnaround and the creation of sustainable growth plans.
Before that, Ms. Goldin oversaw marketing for Coca-Cola’s largest European division in Northwest Europe. Ms. Goldin previously served as U.K. Marketing Director. She began her career at Coca-Cola in Atlanta as Global Brand Manager.
Earlier, she worked on consumer products and packaged goods at Quaker Oats in Chicago, spending three years in brand management roles.
Ms. Goldin holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. She resides in New York City with her two sons.
