Co-founder of TOA Technologies, Yuval Brisker is a passionate customer service advocate and the thought leader behind TOA's unique focus on the customer experience. With Irad Carmi, Mr. Brisker envisioned a predictive solution for the infamous problem of customers waiting at home without knowing when a service would be provided or how long it would take.
Before founding TOA, Mr. Brisker had extensive experience growing and managing various technology related ventures at MaxBill Inc., an international telecom billing software vendor in Israel; and Visual Information in New York. Before founding Visual Information, Mr. Brisker practiced architecture in New York City with HOK.
Mr. Brisker has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Pratt Institute, a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Design from Bezalel Academy in Jerusalem, and is completing an Master of Arts degree in Film Studies from New York University.

Jerry Kurtze has over 15 years of experience in marketing and software development for high-profile technology companies including DIRECTV, Intel and currently, Motorola Mobility.
As the Senior Manager of Business Development and Marketing for Motorola Mobility, Jerry is responsible for leading marketing and partner relations for the Converged Experiences Group, which comprises over a dozen products focused on nexus of content delivery in the home environment, across connected devices.
Kurtze joined Motorola in December 2010 through its acquisition of 4Home, a leading provider of connected home servicesâ€”which includes energy management, home security and monitoring, and home healthâ€”where he formerly served as its Director of Marketing and Business Development.
Jerry holds a B.S. in engineering from Harvey Mudd College and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
Arthur Orduna is presently Chief Technology Officer, Canoe Ventures, LLC.
Arthur Orduna manages the engineering and technology team for Canoe Ventures. He helps drive the creation of shared technology processes and standards for more robust audience targeting, interactivity and measurement. For more than 20 years, Arthur has worked in the media and interactive TV industries where he has helped develop critical initiatives with standard bodies, industry organizations and providers. He is an active member of SCTE, chaired the CableLabs Working Group, which developed the EBIF technical specification for enhanced television, and is a long-term advocate of open standards-based technologies and other cross-MSO projects. Before Canoe Ventures, Arthur was a Senior Vice President at Bright House Networks where he was responsible for leading the development of new technology-based products and services for video, high speed data, voice and wireless. In 2009, Arthur received the Individual Leadership Award of the 6th Annual Awards for Leadership in Interactive and Multiplatform Television, which were presented at The TV of Tomorrow Show. This award is given to "an individual who demonstrated notable leadership in the interactive, multiplatform TV industry over the past year, and whose efforts helped move that industry forward." He is also a member of NAMIC and CTAM, from which he received a Rainmaker Award in 2005.
Vin Zachariah is the Senior Vice President President for Field Operations and Fulfilment. In that role, Vin is responsible for providing strategic leadership and management for all of our residential and business fulfillment and technical operations including installation, repair, dispatch and plant maintenance functions. Vin is responsible for the development and execution of initiatives that will deliver world-class customer service and ensure that our current field operations teams are operating at a level that our residential and business customers can beproud of.
Overall, Vin has 17 years of experience in the cable and technology sectors. Previously, he worked at Time Warner Cable as Regional Vice President of Operations, Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania, Regional Vice President for Operations, Southwest Ohio and other leadershippositions. Before that, Vin worked as an investment banker at Salomon SmithBarney in the telecommunications group. Vin also spent 4 years serving as a Captain in the United States AirForce. Vin has engineering degrees from Cornell University and an MBA from Yale University. Vin is also a graduate of the National Minorities in Cable (NAMIC)â€™s Executive Leadership Development Program.
