Rich Astley heads the development and deployment of Videologyâ€™s audience platform for key partner agencies and advertisers across North America. He oversees a team of relationship and engagement managers to ensure that the Videology platform continues to stay ahead of the evolving needs of video advertisers across all aspects of the business. Chris Bruss is the Vice President of Branded Entertainment for Funny or Die. He also oversees their newly launched commercial production company Gifted Youth. Chris has been with Funny or Die since 2009. Prior to working at Funny or Die, Chris worked in the Business Development group at the Creative Artists Agency (CAA)--working with their digital team to help package premiere online video content (both branded and talent-driven) and working as an entertainment strategy consultant for emerging Web 2.0 start-up companies.
Kristin Frank is General Manager of Digital Media at MTV and VH1, where she creates and implements the vision and strategy for how these two culture-defining brands maintain leadership in todayâ€™s hyperconnected world. She is a seasoned media executive and innovator with expertise in cross-platform content creation, product development, social media and distribution. Kristin is a graduate of Northwestern Universityâ€™s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and the University of Iowa. .
Tim Peterson is an Adweek Staff Writer covering digital marketing and technology, working from the New York office until relocating to San Francisco in August. Prior to joining Adweek in January 2012, he served as a reporter covering digital marketing for Direct Marketing News. He had previously been an associate editor at Access, a sports and entertainment custom magazine that was published by Meredith Corporation for DirecTV. Born and raised Californian, Tim loves all things involving surfing and techâ€”especially when combined.
Stephanie oversees the development and execution of original and partnered digital brand offerings, providing strategic leadership across all client teams. Working in partnership with creative, media and client relationship leaders, The Third Act: team is responsible for leading digital content strategy development, sourcing digital content creator partnerships and crafting digital brand content offerings that are born out of insight and drive business results. Prior to joining Digitas in 1994, Stephanie was a Director of Photography and Partner at The Image Bank in New York.
Lenny Stern is one of the three founding partners of SS+K, a creative agency specializing in social media and engagement. He has more than 20 years of business experience, creating across-the-board communications solutions, advising clients through times of dramatic change and developing strategies to inject brands into American pop culture. He has worked in highly competitive categories, including technology, media, transportation and hospitality. In addition to his SS+K responsibilities, Lenny jointly developed CAA Marketing with Creative Artists Agency (CAA), a part owner of SS+K.
