Heidi Browning serves as Senior Vice President, Strategic Solutions, at Pandora. With more than 22 years of marketing and advertising experience, Ms. Browning brings a valuable mix of client, agency, and media-owner perspective to Pandora.
Before joining Pandora, Ms. Browning served as Executive Vice President, Global Digital Officer at Universal McCann. She launched and served as President of Rally@UM, the agency’s
dedicated social media unit. She developed Rally@UM’s social media products and services, social marketing strategy, and listening, measurement, community engagement, and enterprise
Prior to Universal McCann, Ms. Browning was Senior Vice President of Client Solutions for Fox Interactive Media, providing centralized marketing services to MySpace, IGN, Fox, AmericanIdol.com, Photobucket and Fox Sports. Through the integration of research, strategy, creative and technology, Ms. Browning and her team developed immersive and measurable marketing experiences for Fortune 500 clients.
Before joining FIM, Ms. Browning was an interactive agency veteran having served as Executive Director of Media at Omnicom’s Organic Inc. and Media Director at MDC’s Nine Dots.
She served as President of the San Francisco Bay Area Interactive Group (SFBIG), is a current board member of Social Media Advertising Consortium (SMAC), and has chaired the user-
generated content committee for the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) since 2008. She is frequently quoted in the press, including leading publications including the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Advertising Age and Adweek.
Ms. Browning holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado, Boulder in International Relations. She currently resides in San Francisco.
