Thousands of students pass through the City College of San Francisco's automotive, engineering and art classes each year. In the limited time they are on campus the staff has to train them to become adept with many different tools. For many students, it's their first time building a project for a specific assignment and they are not adept with the medium or the tools to shape it. This presentation by engineering instructor Keith Mueller is not about sensational accidents; he merely wishes to share the most common shop screw-ups they've observed across many departments -- and the ways to avoid them with safety in mind.
Keith Mueller is an Engineering Instructor in the Engineering & Technology Department at City College of San Francisco.
