As General Merchandise Manager of Beauty at Harrods Ltd., Annalise Quest manages one of the most successful beauty businesses in the world, and is widely regarded as a global beauty expert. Under her leadership, the Harrods beauty division has experienced yearly double-digit growth and has become a destination for exclusivity. From fine skincare to makeup and luxurious bath and body products, the Harrods assortment offers both tried-and-true and innovative products to satisfy every customer's needs.
Ms. Quest joined Harrods in 1997 as Buyer for its beauty apothecary. She left in 2002 for a position with Bliss Spa. During her five years there, Ms. Quest helped grow the business by 500 percent and was promoted to Vice President of Global Sales.
In 2007, she returned to Harrods to oversee the beauty division, which includes perfumery and cosmetics, the beauty apothecary and the Urban Retreat salon and spa. Additionally, Ms. Quest has been instrumental in the development of The Buying Harrods by training up-and-coming buyers.
