3ric Johanson spends his day playing with lasers, inventing new ways of using lasers, optics, and computers to destroy mosquitoes. Mosquitoes are a big problem in many parts of the world, and not just because they ruin barbecues. Mosquitoes transfer a parasite that causes malaria.

3ric Johanson has been a hacker for many years. He has been involved with several successful projects. He has designed and built a system which shoots mosquitoes with lasers. His past work includes excessive voltages, Shmoocon, Hackerbot Labs (A Seattle-based hackerspace), vend-o-rand and rainbowtables.
