Adam Fife, strategic communication advisor in Iraq, describes how conditions in Iraq have improved since the implementation of General Petraeus' surge strategy and what the military is doing to make sure the security gains are maintained.
Adam Fife spent the last six months in Iraq as a senior strategic communication advisor, working closely with Multi-National Force-Iraq senior leadership and the Government of Iraq on
communication strategy and policy.
Fife is the founder of a strategic communications firm, having previously taught political science and international area studies courses at Brigham
Young University and started several companies.
He received a BA in international studies from BYU, and is currently completing an MA in political science/Middle East studies at the University of Utah.
