His Excellency Camilo Alfonso Ospina Bernal is the Colombian Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the Organization of American States. He served as the Minister of Defense for Colombia from 2005 â€“ 2006, and from 2002 â€“ 2005 he served as the Secretary of Justice to the President of Colombia. He holds a law degree with a specialization in Administrative Rights from the Universidad Del Rosario in Bogota, Columbia.
The Hon. David Lemor is the Senior Advisor for the Free Trade Agreement with the United States of America and the Executive Director of Proinversion Investment Agency of the Government of Peru. Prior to these positions, Mr. Lemor served as Cabinet Minister of Production. He is a professor of international negotiations at Ricardo Palma University and San Ignacio de Loyola University. Mr. Lemor received his degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.
